CREATE Program

CREATE aimed to enhance the capacity of the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health sector to deliver primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The CREATE investigators and research team worked in partnership with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) and their affiliates. CREATE aimed to use existing and new evidence to improve health care services and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander peoples, and to strengthen the capacity of staff working within ACCHOs and their affiliates.

The interactive diagram below illustrates the breadth of work across the three key CREATE program areas – Building a Body of Evidence, Knowledge Translation and Capacity Strengthening. Click on the images to navigate to further information and resources.
